I have access to a shared (but not public) computer the has the Adobe Master Suite and I would like the convert a .mp4 file into a .flv or .swf so I can upload it to a certain website that only accepts those formats. I am entirely new to Adobe software and need the name of said program (assuming there is one) as well as a brief tutorial on how to perform the conversion. If it matters, the computer runs OSX Lion. I have tried free programs, but they are all for Windows or put time restrictions/ watermarks. I would think that Adobe, costing thousands of dollars, would have something to do this.
Is there an Adobe program that will convert mp4 files to Flash video (.flv or .swf)?
