Is there a word that defines either exactly, or somewhat closely:

"Doing nothing, very little, or wrong; yet expecting a lot from it."

If you don't know, don't answer. I'd rather get no answers to this question than people telling me that they don't know, or suggesting words that have nothing to do with the definition i have provided.
