unfortunately, no..
They can't be legally free anyways.. Finding them free means you are doing somthing legal..
 
there's no such thing as u download game for free while it's legal. only getting the originals are legal. downloading is illegal and thus i would suggest you to lent from your friends and stuff. but if you really want it that much, i would say go to "youtube.com" and search for "psp downloads". there should have people teaching you on how to get it.

P.S. remember, it's not legal!!!
