I'm not talking about website art, where the whole website is art..... but rather art with HTML using images and tables and css and such.
And did anybody ever have a webtv? and if so do you remember the html art forums they had on webtv done with something called the <audioscope> tag and the <table> tag there was a thing called "Grad Tables" it was very awesome. is there away you can do grad tables on a pc? or audioscopes? thanks for any help.
