cancelation salon clients? i have a huge problem. i have more than my share of clients who no show, cancel at the time of there appt., and book multiple appt and show up whenever! if there was an aceptable excuse i would have no problem when it happens here or there , but, when i see certain people on my books i can almost garentee my fate of the day! help! get the word out most salons only pay techs and stylist by the client. spread the word!
