Is there a way we can have a Festival of Lights in school? 10 pts!?

I am the advisor of a French club in a high school and I think it would be a cool idea if we could have our own Festival of Lights [like the one in Lyons in December]. Does anyone have any ideas as to how we can do that in an inexpensive yet fun way?

Any help is appreciated. 10 points will be awarded!
