is there a way to track my lost nokia 5230 nuron from tmobile?

so ok a few days ago i lost my nokia nuron i thought it was at home but now a few days have gone cant find it so now im gettin worried if i droped it some place because i am a phone killer the other day i broke my moms samsung galaxie so shes been borrowin my phone but then i took it and lost it and now im afraid she will be mad need help i have a built in gps in my phone if that helps the battery has died and i have an app called f secure but not sure how to use it
