This is the situation. There is a local drug dealer that sells to my son. He was caught but didnt have much on him at the time so he just got arrested for possession. He was let out on his own recognizance. The courts don't know that he is dangerous. So is there a way I can ask the DA for a tougher sentence and also I want to stay anonymous.
