Is there a way to shut off stationery while staying in rich/html in Outlook?

Our office uses Outlook 2003. I have a couple co-workers that use stationery on their emails, which I find makes the messages difficult to read. While I have requested they stop, they continue. Not a huge deal really - I can convert the message to plain text and get rid of the stationery.
However, sometimes I need to include charts and or images in the emails, and plain text of course doesn't work with that. So I end up converting the message to plain text then back to rich or HTML.
Since I am trying to save myself a couple steps, I'm wondering: is there a way to change the setting in outlook so that it automatically removes the stationery from an incoming email without me having to manually take it out of rich or html? I have been tinkering around with it and haven't found one yet.
Thanks.
