Is there a way to set up verizon wireless so picture and video messages are usable

but there is no internet? we had data charges for accidentally hitting the web browsers button on the cellphone a while back... is there a way to block internet but still get picture and video messages? will here be data charges even if i dont view the page but i just hit the button by accident?
 
If you have a smart phone, PDA phone or blackberry phone no there is not a way. You cannot block internet on those phones since it is requirement. If you just have a basic phone then you don't need internet to do picture/video messaging. I am never charged internet usage at least. You can always mess up your internet settings to prevent phone connecting to internet. If you have a basic phone then you should be able to block internet.
