Is there a way to remove your name out of the author spot on open office?

To cut to the chase, I was about to send an email with an open office text file as part of a birthday surprise and I don't want the person to know who sent it, but when you put the mouse over it, the mouse shows one of those clouds with information in it. One of the things says author:my name. Is there anyway to change my name on just that one text file.

try installing oo.o on a different or virtual machine with anonymous as the credentials.
