Is there a way to put a DL'ed game (GT HD) on a flash drive? v.PS3

My boss wants GT HD but doesn't have wireless set up and doesn't have the modem anywhere near his PS3....is there a way i can transfer the GT HD file ~640 mb to a pen/flash drive so he can install it?
