Is there a way to make your own cola?

I quite like Coca-Cola but I would like to make my own because I feel it is bad for the environment to have all those plastic bottles.

I would also like to reduce the sugar because I think it is too sweet and I could make it less fizzy. Does anyone know how to make it?
