I have created a title in plain text html (with color) but the text has jagged edges. Its not smooth like if I created the text as an image. Is there any way to make the text more smooth in html or even .css?

the rest of my text is fine, its just the heading shows slight jaggedness on the edges of the text. the font type is microsoft sans serif, font size 29 points and color #1634AB in bold type. im viewing it in firefox
