Is there a way to keep your kids from deleting the history on your computer?

One of the kids keep deleting the history after using the computer, is there a way to keep him from doing so? I don't want to keep him from using it, because I would like to know what he is into first...too many people scamming kids out there, so I want to know what he is up to. I am not that computer literate, any advise?
