is there a way to get videos on my mp3 without using media converter?

i used to have media converter downloaded on my comp but i dont have a comp anymore but i only use my dads
and he wont let me download on his computer
and i want videos on my mp3
and ive changed the format to WMV and all i need to do nw is use media converter but i cant so is there a way of getting the video without downloading anything :)
