Is there a way to get the DLC for a flashed XBox 360?

I own a European XBox 360. I flahsed it. But now I want to download those extra packages, like 'Fallout 3 Operation Anchorage', and GTA IV The Lost and Damned. I do not have the original games, how can I get those DLC's?
