Is there a way to get limewire on your phone? Or any programs like it?

I have the htc evo, im just wondering if could get a program to download music straight to my phone.. It's no big deal, I would just rather do that then transfer it all to my phone.
P.S: No, I don't DoubleTwist, I don't use itunes :)
