Is there a way to get financial assistance to pay for all-day kindergarten

instead of partial day in Ohio? My fiancee has twin boys that will be starting kindergarten in the fall, in Richland County, Ohio. Our school district has either half-day (really only about 2.5 hours) and all day, but the all day is about $1100 per year per child. Is there any way to get assistance to send them to the all-day?
