Have a Radio/CD player out of an 03 Chevy Cavalier...When I hooked it up it said LOC, and won't do anything else... Chevy Dealership wants $90, found some online sites but they ask for money and appear scam-ish. Anyone know if there is an open database, or anything? Preferably free?
