I have a 12 fps flash animation that I need to make 25 fps but if I just change the frame rate, the animation speeds up as you would expect. Is there a way to do a global timeline stretch that will keep the originally intended speed of the animation but change the animation frame rate to 25 fps?
This is using the CS4. Someone told me there is a way, but I can't find it !!! I don't want to have to rebuild this thing!
Thanks!
