Is there a way to disable chat/crack developer console in Modern Warfare 2?

I'm getting SO tired of noobs whining, and I don't want to freaking hear it anymore, and with a big text chat right in my face its hard to ignore, theres no developer console so I can't turn the chat off myself, is there any other way, or a way to get developer console? I'll take the risk of getting banned by using a console crack, atleast I wouldn't have to hear noobs whining 24/7.
 
just ignore it.
otherwise my best suggestion is asking on the official support site, its safer than taking a risk of getting banned atleast.
and if it doesnt exist as of yet, then atleast it would convince them to do it.
noone will bother making a hack of it, but you might get lucky on the official site and someone may have made a mod for it.
