Last night, the fire alarm at the hotel I am staying at for a few days went off at 2am! I had to get up and get dressed and go outside with the other few hundred people. I felt it was very inconvenient and ended up being almost nothing, the manager stated it was smoke from the laundry room in the basement that set if off.
I asked the hotel management if i would be able to probably get a free night due to the fire alarm ad explained how I am staying because I am on a business trip and have a meeting at 7am! ... they said that it wasn't their fault the alarm went off and unfortunately they cannot grant me a free night. Is there a way I can voice my concern to corporate?
Would they do anything?
