I'm currently using IE, but I want to move to Chrome. I like my background to be dark(light hurts my eyes). I see that there is a theme witch shows on the homepage of google chrome, but what about all the other sites? Also, I know I can go in and personalize my theme for my whole pc but when you do this, somethings do not show up. Or use internet option etc. How can I change my background colors and everything ALWAYS show like it would if I hadn't a theme at all set?
flowr, that's what I had just downloaded. But when you leave the homepage it changes back to white. Mine does anyway.
