Is there a way to block your internet history from being deleted?

I know you can set the internet options to adjust how many days your history will hold before it is deleted. you can also bring up the history by pressing ctrl and H. you can manually delete certain sites.

my kids are lying to me about which sites they are on. i want to block them from being able to delete adult web sites so i can tell what exactly they were looking at
