Is there a way to block spam from even emailing me?

in tired of alll the spam even going into my spam box, sometimes i have important things emailing me and i get like 200 or more spams a day, so i get annoyed by having to go through all the spam in my box when i check if something important there, is there a way i can block it all together, im talking about my yahoo mail

The best IMO spam program online. Let it download mails you check all the spam once and friendly mails, and next time it will remember and check them.

Then just check to delete them and click on procceed e-mail. Only the good e-mails will donload to your INBOX.
You will see that day by day you will receive less and less spam.

Ofcource if you talk about http e-mail, like hotmail or yahoo then you must use options from there and create filters.

You can also contact your provider and need to change username and keep this e-mail just for the friends.
 
use a disposable email. and don't hand out your real one, only to people you actually know
