is there a way to add new media to an ipod with out linking to the library and

deleting the ipod media? I just got a new computer and wanted to add 2 tv episodes i just bought but it is telling me that i have to link it to the library, i don't have my media backed up save on my ipod is there a way i can synch these two episodes with out deleteing everything on my ipod. thanks
i am doin this manually but it keeps asking to link to this library and delete the media on the ipod
