Is there a way i can view and reply to messages on my tmobile phone?

I got it wet, let it dry for a few days, and the keypad still doesnt work. i cant open my inbox, but i still get notified when i get a message, and i kno when i get calls but when i hit the green send button thing, it doesnt respond. is there a way i can fix it or go online to see what people sent me then reply?
