I want to keep the same contract. But right now my phone is so messed up and I hate it, and I can't get another until June 2011. And I'm under my parents contract because I'm only 15.. but is there a way that I can get a new phone somehow without having to pay a like 300 dollar fee for cancelling the contract? Like just pay for a new phone? If I get the money myself, I know my parents won't mind. Or can I buy a phone off of ebay or something and just have them activate it? Because I did that once when I lost my phone and they activated my mom's old phone.
