Is there a way for my client to modify their website without having to go into

the HTML code? Apparently, the company I'm building a website for says that for their other websites they're able to modify and edit certain elements using Word or another text editing program without having to go into the HTML code itself (As it's too complicated for them; they don't want to get a graphic designer every time they want to update their website). Has anyone heard of this? I don't use Dreamweaver, I build websites right from HTML and CSS using Notepad/Textedit.
