Is there a unicycle that works like a bicycle?

My friend told me there is some type of hand made unicycle where it has the same qualities as a bike, just without the extra wheel. This is what I mean...As you pedal on a bike you can easily stop pedaling and still keep going. you can't do that on a unicycle, my question is...Is there a unicycle where you pedal, and then stop pedaling, and still keep moving?(while keeping your feet on the pedals of the unicycle)

I'm with the 1st answer. I'm sure it could easily be made and probably has been but unis are hard enough and without being able to back pedal??? near impossible.
