Is there a test that doctors can do that can check you can have children?

If so, do you have to pay?

I'm only 19 but I've taken diet pills and things like that, and I know they shouldn't have an effect but I get paranoid sometimes
 
There is a test that doctors can do. I have no idea what its name is. But it exists, (my mom is a nurse so I grew up knowing random facts like this.)
 
Doctors wil not start checking your ability to conceive until you have been ttc for about a year. There is not one test but many different ones that are taken as there are many reasons why a woman may be infertile.
