Is there a such thing as scratch remover for a cellphone screen?

so i got a lil scratch on my cellphone screen i want it off my friend told me there is a scratch remover that i can buy at blockbuster or walmart is that true?

There are scratch removing cloths normally used for CDs and DVDs that would work.

The other option is to take it to someone that has a small buffer (a Dremel with the buffing tool) and they could buff the screen to get the scratches out.

No. once you have a scratch it is very hard to remove. get a screen protector so you don't get any more scratches on it.
