IS there a such thing as a haunted person?

I lived in a house that was haunted in Alaska i was 10 i moved allot as a kid never in one place for longer than 2 years so i lived in many different homes. In Alaska the TV would change channels on its own a cupboard wold open and slam everyday between 6am and 6:30 every single day lights would turn off on there own not burn out. years later 18 i rented a townhouse from a really old contractor in Texas everyone who went in the back room felt something i began to notice no matter how many times i closed the door it would open itself up. One day my landlord came over when i wasn't home as soon as i got there. I felt like something was different the door opened itself again but this time when i closed it i pushed a second time extra hard it made a thump sound. A couple seconds later there was a thump back i went in the room and no one was there but me later that night i was reading a book in bed and my radio on my night stand turned on all by itself so i turned it off and decided to go to bed i could see the hallway light shining throw cracks in my door then it turned off on its own so i went to check it when i got there the other door was open again and the bulb was still good something had flipped the switch off and all that happened in one day and night. Am i a haunted person? Or maybe just the houses?
