Is there a such thing as a 3/4 ton Ford F-150 and how much weight can a 3/4 truck pull?

Im looking to buy a 1992 Ford F-150 plow truck and the guy selling it said that it is a 3/4 ton F-150,which I have never heard of.I also want it to pull my skid-steer loader & trailer.
