just turn it back in? I want to give my car back to the dealership because we are getting stationed in Okinawa, Japan in a month. My friend says there is a law that you wont have to pay the difference for the car if you turn it back in. You can have a clean slate. Is this true? Or if the dealership buys it back from me, I will have to pay the difference and I am getting the crappy end of the deal b.c they arent giving me what my car is worth. So my question is, Is there a such law, like the sailers and soldiers law about that you can just give your car back to the dealership and not have to pay the difference on it? thanks for your help.
