I got my DUI in May 2009. I completed the ARD program and had my preliminary and I pled guilty. the next thing to happen was I would get a letter to let me know when my hearing was. At that hearing I would turn in my drivers license and learn my total fines and cost. I have never received the letter. I don't know if I have a Dui on my record or not. I don't know if I will still get fined and suspension.
Is there a statute of limitation on a DUI?
