...pound girl lift 300 in 3 months? If you saw the movie suckerpunch, this is a behind the scenes look at the workout.
It's really crazy how fast the progress was and how strong they got in such short time. The results were definitely way above normal.

They said they had navy seal training 3 months, 5 days a week, 7 hours a day.
Most of them never worked out before.

The part's from

1:14- that's a HUGE weight for somebody whose what, 5'2 100 pounds?
1:16 -again, shes 5'2 100, never worked out before
1:24- 70 pounds each hand isn't THAT light. It's obviously not hard for your average male bodybuilder, but VANESSA HUDGENS?!?! The disney channel girl?
1:38 again, not a lot, but considering the size and time
1:41 that's another huge weight for someone that size with ZERO previous training.
2:00 same thing. huge weight for someone 5'2 100 pounds

Again, I know thats not hard for your average male who works out, but it's extremely impressive for a 5'2 100 pound girl with zero previous training. What really makes it impressive is the time- they made this progress in 3 months.

One of them said she got her deadlift to 235 rack dead lift to 300, and gained 15 POUNDS OF MUSCLE IN 3 WEEKS- thats 5 pounds A WEEK.

It said they had all these supplements and vitamins- maybe hollywood has some good secret stuff?
Is there a secret to really short but intense periods of daily exercise?
