I am a Korean-Adopted-American who is looking for financial help with her schooling. Unfortunately, I do not believe I qualify for Obama's education program as I already have a Bachelor's degree. I was laid off from my job back in March 2009. Since then, I have not been able to find any employment in my town area. So, my husband and I have been relying on his income. In the meantime, I have decided to switch careers by going back to school to focus my education towards the medical field. Because I am not a full time student, I do not think I meet the scholarship/grant programs that are currently out there.
Have I come to the correct conclusion, or is there a scholarship/grant program for my situation that I am not aware of?
