Is there a psycho-social theory anywhere that discusses a woman's urge to be a man?

I am hoping to write a speech about it, and I know there are many reasons why women would want to be men: less shaving, easier to pee, no menstrual cycle.. so many great reasons. But I need a solid theory to base my speech on. Any ideas??
