it is not exactly a plane hall of fame but we have the Air Force Museum in Fairborn Ohio ( very close to Dayton Ohio). the wright brothers plane is there as are many historic military planes and space memorabilia. if you are ever in the area it is well worth the time to see. the museum is part of Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Wright Pat was heavily involved in the Roswell incident and believed to house the aliens and artifacts recovered in Roswell. you can also see alot of interesting planes parked at the base.
