Is there a place where i can install games on my flash drive?

I can't install my game on my xbox 360. I was wondering if there was a website where i can download a game and put it on my usb then in my 360 so it was like a installed the game on my xbox. So my game can work. (I heard that my game can be defected as long as it is installed on my xbox)
