Is there a place where I can find an html partner?

Well I plan on making a huge site,which can not be done alone(well it can, but I dont have that much time), and was wondering if there was a site whre they have people willing to help with a website.
I know how to write a website my self, instead of paying someone to write the whole website, I just want someone to help and split profits.
