Is there a pill for boot camp in the Navy, Marines, etc for hormones?

In Navy boot camp do they really give you a pill to reduce the urge to masturbate or cut your hormones down? Several friends in the Navy and Marines who have gone through boot camp already say they give you a hormone drug/pill to reduce how horny you are? They call it the anti-boner pill....this real? Anyone been through boot camp with similar things said?

If no, how do you manage to handle the male urges to masturbate? Where do you find privacy for that and how is it accepted by others?
