Is there a phone with t-mobile that has wi-fi but you don't need to have 3g to use it?

I don't have 3g and can't get it, but i need a phone that can access wi-fi because i have wi-fi almost everywhere.
I realize 3g is not needed for wi-fi, but is there a phone tmobile has that you can get that you don't have to sign up for a 3g plan to use it?
