Is there a phone that's better than the Samsung Tocco Lite but not a rip-off?

My cousin has the Samsung Tocco Lite and I like it, however I would like to buy a slightly better phone. The Samsung Monte didn't get very good reviews and i can only spend £130-ish. :/
I do not want an iPhone, I don't like the set up on them, and LGs break. Thank you!!!
