Is there a phone out or that's about to come out with these specs?

I currently have a SE Xperia X10 (I pre ordered it from rogers) and I think it's a great phone however it has some glaring issues that I can't live with:

1) Call volume: I know it is a software issue, that said there is no fix for it so it makes my phone useless outside.

1.5) Low speaker volume: I never hear it ring if it's in a pocket or bag. And the vibrate is rather weak as well.

2) No multitouch: Can't use emulators or games with the controls on screen.

3) Short battery life: stock I get about 6 hours of standby, when rooted and with hacks I get that upto about 18 hours but that's still not amazing for standby times.

4) No input other than touch screen: I'm not a gamer, but with the multitouch issue not having a trackball or keyboard or dpad makes it impossible to play games. Even with multitouch I'd like another form of input so I have more screen space to play with.

5)Very little hacking community support: I think this one is just a matter of time since the phone just came out in the US.

6) No dock connector: Thats a big one for me since I'd like to be able to charge my phone without "plugging it in". Plus a dock would provide a way to hold the phone up while it charges (so I can use it as a bedside clock). It would also allow SE to make a car dock so I can use it as a GPS like the Motorola droid

I'm very close to purchasing a ATT captivate since it fixes the problems I'm having with the Xperia. That said, there is still a few things on my list that aren't solved.

Does anyone have a suggestion on what I should get that would meet these requirements?

On a side note, I am considering the Milestone 2, however I am basically refusing to get a motorola phone due to the bootloader controversy and anti hacker sentiments. Other than that the Milestone 2 would solve most of my problems.

You can go with the HTC Desire but you will have to live with the eeny teeny internal phone memory.

While the controls are a problem, games should fly on the Captivate's Hummingbird processor.
