There seems to be a lot of confusion on this issue, so I thought I'd ask just to clarify my thoughts. Is there a Pagan equivalent to the christian bible? We all know Christianity abolished Paganism and stole its holidays and practices, but was the bible also stolen from Paganism, or did the Pagans have no need for a written doctrine? Or, is there a Pagan equivalent to the bible (like the Q'ran), but otherwise the two are unrelated? Please be as detailed and descriptive with your answers as possible, and try to use actual facts instead of rumors or opinion.
Also, if you're only here to say something rude, don't even bother commenting. This isn't meant to insult Christianity in any way. It's only a question, and since the question is about a Pagan "bible" and not Paganism itself, there is no need to give your opinion on the religion. Seriously. Don't do it.
