Is there a name for this exercise?

You stand with you feet at a comfortable distance apart, and bend over at the waist keeping your spine straight and head up.

Holding a dumbbell in each hand, you lift each one straight up, forward, with your arm straight, until it is level with your head. You alternate hands, and the motion looks something like swimming.

I figure that this would be great for the upper back, but is there a name for this exercise? If there's an exercise that is similar, what is it called?

Please be as detailed as possible, of course. I want to make sure I am doing it correctly. Thanks for any help.
