Is there a motorcycle club that focuses on charity and altruism?

I know that many clubs contribute to and host charity events, but is there a national (or regional in the North Carolina area) motorcycle club that makes charity and service a top priority? I'm having a difficult time finding a good listing of various clubs and their missions.
 
Try STAR Touring and Riding. They are a Yamaha sponsored group but they don't care what brand you ride. They are family oriented and give to many charities. There are 11 chapters in your state. I've attached a link.
